Hours of operation: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
Time can be bought in blocks or as needed and will be billed in half hour increments. All incoming tickets will be assigned a tier based on the significance of the issue.
Prepaid time: $100/hr
Time can be pre-purchased in blocks of hours week to week, scheduled as needed and as time allows. Hours used for support and "emergencies" will be deducted from total pool of purchased hours at no additional cost. If prepaid time runs out during week, more can be scheduled or purchased at no additional cost. Four hour minimum purchase.
Off-hour pre-paid time: $100/hr
Occasionally work will need to be done on the weekend or after hours. This time can also be pre-purchased in blocks (for maintenance, server upgrades, etc.) This time must be booked at least one working week in advance, scheduled as time allows.
"Emergency" time: $125/hr
For those who do not wish to purchase larger blocks of time, or for other non-contract incidents that require immediate attention.
Off-hour "emergency" time: $150/hr
It's exactly what it sounds like.
Daylite consulting time: $150/hr

Travel time will be billed at half rate, starting after 10 miles of travel (anywhere within 10 miles is free).
